  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
  4. Fold in chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Drop tablespoons of the peanut butter mixture onto a baking sheet.
  6. Make a small indentation in the center of each cookie and spoon in the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
