  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, combine flour and salt.
  3. Add yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour, knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Stretch the dough on a baking sheet and create dimples with your fingers.
