- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 cup hot chocolate mix
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter to form the crust.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
