  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Beat in the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and ricotta cheese until smooth.
  6. Pour half of the batter into a greased cake pan.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine cocoa powder and powdered sugar, then sprinkle over the batter.
