1 cup chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup celery, chopped
1 teaspoon dried thyme
6 cups vegetable broth
1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup spinach
