Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped turkey bacon.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
