4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, brown sugar, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For added flavor, you can top the grilled chicken with fresh salsa or avocado.
