  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a zip-top bag and pour marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
