1 pound chicken thighs
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger to create the marinade.
Add chicken thighs to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
