  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and garlic to create a marinade.
  2. Place the flank steak in the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
