2 pounds beef chuck roast
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped green onions
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon black pepper
3 carrots, chopped
1 onion, sliced
2 potatoes, cubed
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, green onions, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to create a marinade.
Place the beef chuck roast in a slow cooker and pour the marinade over it.
Add beef broth, carrots, onion, and potatoes to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
