4 large potatoes
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup cooked ground beef
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup salsa
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork, then bake for about 45 minutes until tender.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
Mix in salsa and taco seasoning with the beef, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
Once the potatoes are cooked, slice them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
Top each potato with a generous layer of the beef mixture, cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
