- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the potatoes into thin fries and soak them in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry the potatoes, then toss them with olive oil and seasonings.
