Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak with olive oil, lime juice, cumin, and chili powder for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the steak over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  3. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes, then slice it thinly.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and cilantro.
  5. Add the sliced steak on top of the salad and sprinkle with cheese.

Notes
