- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken ham, sliced
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the mozzarella and feta cheeses on top.
- Add chopped turkey bacon, chicken ham, spinach, and sliced red bell pepper.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top.
- Cover with another tortilla and cook until golden brown, then flip and cook until the other side is golden.
- Remove from the skillet, cut into wedges, and serve.
