A delicious twist on a classic, featuring mini grilled cheese sandwiches made with Hawaiian rolls and turkey bacon.

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. Spread butter on the cut sides of the rolls.
  5. Layer cheese and turkey bacon on the bottom half of each roll.
  6. Top with the other half of the roll.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
