  • 1 bag tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture in a baking dish and top with an even layer of tater tots.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
