  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
