  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  7. In the meantime, cook turkey bacon until crispy in a separate pan.
  8. Serve pancakes warm with turkey bacon on the side.
