4 tablespoons butter
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups vegetable broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the pasta, vegetable broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and has absorbed most of the liquid.
Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until creamy.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
