  • 3 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and place chicken thighs in the pan.
