  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the baby potatoes in half and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary to the potatoes. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
