  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the halved potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
