- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add salmon to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Remove salmon from the skillet, flake it into pieces, and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add peas and heavy cream. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the flaked salmon to the skillet, add the cooked pasta, and mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
