A delicious combination of sweet pears and tangy gorgonzola cheese on a crispy flatbread, perfect for an easy comfort food delight.

Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 2 ripe pears, sliced
  • 1 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush the flatbread with olive oil.
  4. Layer the sliced pears on top of the flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle gorgonzola cheese and chopped rosemary over the pears.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
