  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir in vanilla and sour cream.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
