  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  5. Fry the chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on a paper towel and serve hot.
