Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, minced garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well to combine.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
