4 chicken breasts
2 cups crushed pretzels
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard and honey.
Dip each chicken breast in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with crushed pretzels.
Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
While the chicken is baking, mix any remaining Dijon mustard with honey for a dipping sauce.
