  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cooked rigatoni to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. In a greased pie dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
  6. Pour the rigatoni mixture into the pie dish and spread evenly.
  7. Top with remaining marinara sauce and extra mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
