  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and maple syrup.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the sausage, cheese, and green onions.
  6. Pour the batter into the muffin tin and fill each cup about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
