- 2 pounds pork shoulder, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced

- 1 teaspoon salt
