  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and black pepper.
  3. Mix thoroughly and form into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
