  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup cheese (American or your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • optional toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Mix the ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into loose balls.
  3. Place the turkey balls in the skillet and smash them down with a spatula.
  4. Add a slice of turkey bacon on top of each burger.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes and flip, then add cheese and cover to melt.
  6. Toast the burger buns in the same skillet briefly.
