A delicious twist on traditional mac and cheese featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then add chicken ham and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheddar cheese, milk, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • Use gluten-free macaroni for a gluten-free option.
