  • 8 ounces potato noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the potato noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop into pieces.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté bell pepper and garlic until soft.
  4. Stir in the cooked noodles, bacon, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  5. Top with green onions before serving.
