  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, and seasonings.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
