- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 cups sliced peaches
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
