- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, mashed potatoes, turkey bacon, cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and shape it into a loaf.
