  • 8 rice paper wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, fish sauce, basil, and grated carrot.
  2. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 10 seconds until pliable.
  3. Place a portion of the beef mixture on the wrapper, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
  4. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Serve with sliced cucumbers and dipping sauce.
