- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
