- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
