  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar together.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and brewed coffee.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Dollop the mascarpone mixture on top of the brownie batter and swirl it with a knife.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before slicing and serving.
