  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  3. Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Combine with the dry ingredients.
