  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook orzo pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté garlic and bell peppers until softened.
  4. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
