A delicious combination of hot honey, brown butter, and crispy turkey bacon with roasted Brussels sprouts.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then remove and crumble.
  4. In the same skillet, melt the butter and stir in the honey until combined.
  5. Toss the Brussels sprouts with the butter mixture, salt, and pepper, then spread on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden.
  7. Top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some red pepper flakes to the honey butter mixture.
