  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes, and place them in a large bowl.
